The Chinese Room
When Egerton House was fully restored in 2015, the result was ten beautifully presented rooms and bathrooms. Each room has its own individual charm, ranging from the wood-panelled Chalet Room to the silk-wallpapered Chinese Room. Eight of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms and one boasts a sauna. The family suite includes a living room with two additional beds and lots of natural light. The largest of the rooms is The Kings Room, which was the preferred suite of King Edward VII during his frequent stays to spend time with his prize-winning racehorses.
